- Six years in refugee resettlement contributing to all facets of successful integration and self sufficiency for clients from around the world including employment, case management, collaboration with other refugee agencies and involvement in national and State coordinating bodies.
- Member of Higher (RefugeeWorks) National Peer Advisory Network providing technical assistance to refugee employment programs across the US.

- Submitted regular blog posts about job development and employment strategies
- Member of training team at national Peer Exchange and technical assistance workshop in Nevada
- Content development of first on-line training module (How to Complete a Job Application for Refugees)
- Participated in a strategic planning session as the program strategy changed to meet new challenges and donor requirements
- Conducted Civil Society Sector Assessment for USAID to inform their strategic programming process for new funding phase as “steps before status” sparked renewed civil unrest. Part of a three person multi-ethnic team in Kosovo.
- Conducted two final evaluations in Kosovo:
- Small grants and peace building technical assistance program targeting youth organizations in ethnic enclaves and potential return sites (BPRM through UMCOR); and
- Micro-grant community development portfolio targeting conflict mitigation in depopulated areas – using participatory evaluation methodology to include a range of stakeholder input (Danish government through World Vision).
- Designed and facilitated participatory organizational assessments and follow-on action plans with 12 US/Croatian implementing partners in USAID-funded umbrella promoting sustainable service delivery in war-affected areas. Designed the instrument and process to inform the next phase grant-making and capacity building program.
