- Compiled and edited 28 case studies and wrote original analysis in conjunction with the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL), to strengthen collaboration between health and social service NGOs and the government of Armenia.
- Wrote and edited required donor reports including program outcomes, impact highlights and promising practices for federal, state and foundation donors for multi-million dollar programs for refugee resettlement and employment services and international civil society and democracy programs
- Regular contributor to Caritas of Austin and Higher (RefugeeWorks) blog, print and on-line newsletters focused on job development and refugee employment strategies
- Requested by major refugee program funder and refugee resettlement network lead (US Council of Catholic Bishops) to present promising practice and client training programs at annual conference. Frequent and effective public speaker and agency representative at local, state, national and international forums
