- Developed first employer contact and job development program at Caritas of Austin targeting relationships with area employers to benefit refugee, homeless and working poor clients. Built 1,000 strong database of employers in diverse sectors and significantly stronger partnerships with 40+ to hire multiple clients, provide preferential hiring processes and collaborate to strengthen client success and job retention.
- Leveraged relationship with Austin area hotels to secure $12,000 grant from national Corporate giving program, in-kind donations supporting refugee housing and preferential hiring partnerships with more than 15 hotels.
- Represented refugee resettlement department on Board and senior management committee to plan first major fundraising event highlighting refugee clients through an annual speaker series raising more than $60,000 annually for Caritas of Austin.
- Serve on the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Trenton, leading the company through five years of regulatory oversight in a difficult business environment involving direct interaction with national regulators and auditors.
